Try a little harder to be a little better of a missionary
Hello Everyone!!!!> I absolutely loved thecake fight pictures!!! Leave it to the Rooney/Jarman> Clan to turn a nice respectable graduation party into a food fight. Its the> cake, for some reason its in our blood, we feel that cake belongs on> someone's (the honorary guest in general) face and not in our stomachs. I'm> glad to know that we have yet another graduate in the family, it was touch> and go there for a little with Cami... I'm kidding! But, really Congrats> Cami! ANd Sean for making it through your first year in college. I swear it> was just yesterday that you were crying because you couldn't stay at Chris's> house or something and now look at you!! I'd be lying if I dind't say I am> SO proud of all of you!!! We really hit the jackpot in the pre-existence or> something to have been allowed to come down and be tohether. Yes. extended> family you are included in this!! We all hit the jackpot. (by the way I> don't have anyone's address' Grandma, Grandpa, Kim and Kurt, Deb and David,> Camie and Nate, Trent and Kendra, Grandma Phyliss, I think I have Russ and> Joni but if you wanted to send me theirs too it wouldn't hurt!!!) p.s.> seriously Sean you let dad clean that gross bathroom for you!! Haven't you> heard of the 5th commandment?>> SO this week, full of more adventures!!! Shwan and Jessica are getting> baptized this FRIDAY!!!! Yes they are entering the waters of baptism and> getting on the road to eternal family!!! So cool. It was funny cause they> both worked at the prison in Arizona (they met in the army in Iraq) and so> the baptism jump suit remind them of the prisoners... and so they will both> be wearing white pants and a t-shirt of some kind!! I honestly love them SO> much!! I know we'll all be friend forever! Literally! We were going to go> fishing with them today at the Mansfield Dam, but we didn't plan our time> right so next week! Shawn is going to teach me how to fly fish! Which all> started when I said I've never really been fishing. I guess its not> okay. SO we are really excited about that! Then we have Patrick who is> amazing, as well. He has long black hair earings and tatoos, his wife left> him and lives down the street with another guy. And so he turned to> heavenly father for the first time in his life. He is reading the book of> mormon and his new translation bible (which we are weening him off of)> everyday and we have taught him all the lessons, he went to general> conference and a baptism and this sunday was his first sunday at church> since he was like 6, he is now 34! Big steps! He is just waiting to get an> answer that this is the correct church, he and we fasted this sunday for him> and I know that he'll get his answer soon. THEN THERE IS APRIL... so she is> definition elect or golden or what ever term you prefer. So we get to her> house and in the first five minutes she tells us she wants to be> BAPTIZED!!! Then goes on to tell us that her boyfriend has pretty much> taught her everything. She has been reading the scriptures and come to> terms with all her doubts and one day she really wanted to go to the church,> but she had work... so all day she felt like she really needed to go to the> church. She had previously looked up the address so she knew the vicinity of> the church, so after work she went driving around looking for the church,> and when she found it, she could feel it was the right one even though she> couldn't see the name of it. she just sat in the parking lot and prayed> about the Book of Mormon, Joseph Smith, Thomas S, Monson and whether she> should be baptized. She immediately got her answer and just sat in her car> and cried for joy for 30 minutes! and to top it off she already had up on> her calendar that she was going to church this past sunday AND was so> excited for us to come on Tuesday that she couldn't sleep all night!!! What> have we done??? Nothing! Her faith is unshakable. Everytime we teach her she> wants us to come back the next day. Even though the things we teach> sometimes go against the baptist beliefs, and her mind goes crazy she> recongnizes that her heart is calm. .... yeah! This is truly the Lord's> work and I am just a lucky bistandard! Alma 13:24 the angels have prepared> her!!!> So with that.. I gave a training at district meeting on how faith+works=> miracles, (which I have to admit I pretty much stole completely from this> AMAZING letter Nate sent me, he taught me, I taught the district it was> great) But, seriously it is so true. Today is still a day of miracles! God> still talks to men! He is in every detail! And he endows those with faith> with the power to command the angels in heaven, and then your faith can in> truth become unshakable. ANd this is not a promise to missionaries or> general authorites. But to ALL!!! If we have faith that God can really do> all things, without the fear of rejection or disappointment, or the doubt> that Satan loves to put in our hearts. If you truly have faith that God can> work miracles in your lives and act accordingly, I promise you that those> miracles will and DO happen. the time of miracles have not ceased.> And this sunday I kinda called the leader of the ward to repentance, in a> very tactful manner don't worry. We were in PEC with all the brothers that> lead the ward and they all have been given a family mission plan, and as a> ward they have committed to give us 5 referrals a week. SO the bishop> challenged them, the leaders of the ward, to committ to each give us a> referral in May. To be the examples of the ward. And their reaction was> shocking! They were almost mad! They were like, well we aren't going to> just befriend someone and then immediately invite them to church because> they'll think that was our motives and they will be offended and that will> ruin the new friendship and they'll hate mormons ect.. SO I asked them and> I ask you now, well what is your intention behind the invitation? Or the> friendship? If it is just to complete a challenge, then of course they'll> feel that way because that was in fact YOUR INTENTION. Right? If it is> because you love them, becuase you know this church is true and you know> that it will bless EVERY life for the better, then when you invite them,> they will feel of your love and your intent and even if they are not ready> just yet, even if their hearts are hard, they will not be offended. Why> would someone be offended if you offered to carry their groceries in, unless> they thought you had alterior motives?? And trust me giving a firend the> gospel is a MUCH better service than helping them rake up their leaves or> what have you!!!! SO please realize that the Lord has called us all to the> work!! The Lord has blessed every single one of us immensely. It is not just> for the full-time missionaries! Every member a missionary wasm't coined> because the prophet thought it would make everyone feel included. .. it is a> commandment from the Lord! Everyone says "I don't know wher I'd be without> this gospel" I do!! Look at your neighbors! Not that they are unhappy or> living miserable lives, but they could have SO MUCH MORE! Think about how> grateful you are for your blessings and then that gratitude moe you to> action. Make it a matter of prayer and fasting. Cause the celestial kingdom> would be a lonely place if you were the only one there. It truly is the more> the merrier. 1 Nephi 20:18 is my favorite new scripture.. and 1 Nephi 21:4> hit me really hard. If I am doing this work for anyone, it is for my Savior> Jesus Christ, that the blood and the pain that he suffered for me and for> anyone I can come in contact with will not be shed in vain. If I can do> anything to make it so people could truly come to understand and more> importantly use that great and infinite sacrifice I would yet be an> unprofitable servant (Mosiah 2:21) And that is WHY serving your fellow men> is service to your God, every single son and daughter is so precious to our> heavenly father that He sent his PERFECT son to suffer for every sinlgle> pain, sorrow, stress, sickness, sin, that we may have joy in this life and> eternal life in the next. SO Invite everyone to do a little more! Try a> little harder, because heavenly father and Jesus Christ would never give up> on you!> Well. sorry that got a little intense there. But, I am a passionate person> and I am passionate about this work!! I truly love everyone of you and that> love grows everyday. THanks to Lilian, and Frank and Kyna. your emails were> a delight!I'll write Chris if I can have his address! I love you and don't> worry mom I am still having fun EVERY DAY!> Love your sister Rooney

Faith is an Action!!!
Hello Everyone!!!!> I am coming to you from the Austin Public Library downtown!!!! Yeah for> P-day my companion and I orchestrated this zone plus some trip to see the> capital! We took the tracks from close to where each one of us are downtown> and now we are a hoard of missionaries... going to see the Texas State> Captial. Which is bigger than the nations capital building as I have been> told SEVERAL times. (they would try to one up the country... I LOVE the> people...I'm still working on the state) But, I am really excited for the> day because Austin really is such a cool city and I am excited for all the> treasures it holds. But I feel totally rebellious because we are out> site seeing in a large group of missionaries like maybe 16 or more... we> don't wear are proselyting clothes or our NAME TAGS!!! I seriouly freaked> out last night when Sister Derenthal told me that we would be wearing normal> clothes and not be rockin the name tags or be contacting in austin, cause> its out of our area and we don't contact as missionaries when we are not> doing all those things. So I feel like a huge rebel right now and like I am> on a field trip with my 5th grade class to go see the capital building. Its> CRAZY.... and im the newbie... just a heads up I'll for sure be weird when I> get home. cause I already feel out of place and its my first transfer!!> But, I like it that way!> So Cami CONGRATULATIONS on the whole graduation thing!! I am sorry I can't> be there to cheer for you in an embarrassing manner, but know that I would> if I were there and that as much as I love you for the amazing example and> incredible woman you are , I'm so happy to be here. And don't worry Sean I> am trying my best to do the Rooney name proud because thats how we do and> thats who we are!!! And Kyle... I haven't heard from you no email no letter> no nothing! and that is not okay!!! Write me, or email or something. You can> even do it while your watching a movie and I know you get on facebook so you> have no excuses, I miss you bud and just want to know how you are! Mom and> Dad I know that your doing great. Every single day I am more and more> grateful for each and every one of you and the incredible example and the> incredible blessing you are to me. My joy is full every time I think about> how lucky I am to call you family, that I was SO blessed to be able to go> through this mortal existence with you.> So br. Campell wrote me and told me how Daddy said he hopes I don't come> back with a southern drawl and how he got called out by all the> southerners...haha... thats so funny cause some of the elders were just> teaching me how to do it. Its y'all for one person and all y'all for more> than one. and you don't say dog you say dawg. At a members house last night> they were making fun of Utah and pretty much everyone else, yes they still> call the easterner Yankees. I feel like I have gone back in time to the> civil war. Its like the United States and Texas here. they're kinda> seperate. Anyways the boy asked what other words would you say instead of> fixin? Like I'm fixin' ta leave. Anyways there is your Texas culture> lesson for the day. I love the ward and the people, they are so rad, so> real so loving. There are a few things that still make me cringe like when> they talk about Obama, mom would DIE and some can tend to be a little> racist. Which is really hard to see, but I couldn't imagine being anywhere> else in the world this is where I am supposed to be.> And I am even getting a little better at the whole bike thing. A little> more graceful... a little more in shape... I am not putting my helmet on> backwards as many times... but, the back of my tan skirt did end up> completely black one day and I'm still not quite sure how that happened. or> why I need 21 speeds. Like seriously 21? what could they all be for? But,> there is improvement and I just sing and laugh and I love every moment!!> As for the important things!! The work.. the people!!! Its going great! I> was a little thrown off when I got here becuase I don't know what I was> expecting but as a mission we have a goal of 100 baptisms a month. which> they have only made once in three years. So I was like, I feel like I can do> anything and baptize so many because this is the truth... this message will> bless everyone's life so why won't everyone get baptized. And I am realistic> I know that we wont as a companionship baptize 30 people a month (maybe we> will) but we have to have realistic goals. But, I kinda felt like I had all> this faith and I didn't want to be discouraged I didn't want to give it up> and so I talked to Sister Derenthal (who really is INCREDIBLE.. SO FUN)> about it and she told me that it is a good thing that we can set realisticly> high goals and although it may appear that we aren't going to attain our> goals of 5 baptisms in a month cause we only have 2 people coming to church> enough to be baptized this month. that's where we leave room for MIRACLES. I> loved that so much!! I get to keep my faith!!! I get to keep the hope that> with God all things are possible! And seriously miracles are happening. We> have a family, Shawn and Jessica who have two little girls miley and> michaela (3 and 4) who are AMAZING they are getting baptized on the 30th. I> love them SO much Jessica is 25 and Shawn 31 and they are so ready! they> have moved here from Arizona and taken the lessons for 4 years. and on> thursday they taught us the plan of Salvation. I love them with all my heart> and am so EXCITED for the blessing that making the baptismal covenant,> recieving the gift of the holy ghost and in a year (after she has her TWINS)> they will become an eternal family. And we have Patrick who is this 34 year> guy with long black hair and tatoos who has so much faith and confidence in> the Lord is astounding! and we just found Richard and Shannekqua and they> seem really open and ready for the gospel. We are really finding the Lord's> elect and teaching them the eternal truths of the gospel is one of the> GREATEST privledges and honors of my life. I am truly humbled that the Lord> has put his trust in me to share this gospel with all the world. And guess> what he has put his faith and trust in you! Be bold, it is the TRUTH I know> that it is what everyone is seeking. Some are more prepared than others, but> it will bring a satisfaction and completeness to ones life that can't be> purchased! Gosh I am so lucky to be here!!!> Can I please tell you all how incredible this gospel is?? And how the> scriptures are just over flowing with knowledge. It boggles my mind by how> little I realized that and how little I studied before this. I really missed> out. Something I just wanted to share was about faith. We were studying> faith and how it works and this may seem ridiculous but faith is an action.> This church is a church of action. So in order to increase our faith we> must act, right?? For example, if I am praying for the gift of tounges with> all that I have, and I have hope that heavenly father will bless me with it,> but I don't speak, how can it do that??? Or if I want to meet a new> investigator and I have all the hope in the world knowing that with God all> things are possible but I don't talk to anyone, if I don't act with faith on> that hope How am I supposed to meet that person? am I expecting him to come> knock on my door and ask to be baptized? This is how the Lord works!! You> must act. If you want something in your life? Like a greater love for> people or what have you, you must try and then the Lord will bless you! How> can you find that lost thing if your not looking right??? So that is my> challenge think about the things you are praying for and really ask> yourselves if you are doing your part to make it possible for the Lord to> bless you!!> K I gotta go explore now, everyone's waitng!!!> But, I love you all so mcuh!! thanks for the love and support. I got 7> letters and a package at zone conference!! YOur all great!! and such a> motivation!!> Love sister Rooney

Joy and more joy in the journey!
My heart is full today. Hearing from all of you this week has just been the> icing on the cake to this spectacular week!! I truly cannot thank everyone> enough for all the prayers, the emails, letters, love and support I feel. I> know that the Lord is on my side in all things and I know that my family is> my greatest blessing from my heavenly father, you all keep me so motivated> and happy. THank you for all that you do, I promise you that I can feel it> and I truly am so sorry for all the years of craziness, and probably all the> future years of craziness you will have to endure from me, but really just> know that I love you and I am SOOO grateful for all of you!>> So this week has been absolutely full of miracels!!! Its amazing. I know> that I am doing the work of the Lord and He has truly strengthened me in all> things. I feel comfortable in this life now, and I know I have so much to> learn. I have no fear talking to anyone because I know that coming unto> Christ, following His example, being able to use His Atonement, and being> led by the spirit brings an inexplicable happiness to one's life and has> done so since Adam and Eve. I would challenge you all to read Mosiah 2> specifially focus on the last few verses, actually focus on them all they> are all so good. But, in the last verses King Benjamin who is just a stud,> asks you to think about those people that you know that are truly happy, and> so I echo His question... think about the people in your lives, who are> truly happy, they don't anger easily, bad things may happen, but they just> keep on smiling... ask yourself how they do that? Your own happiness is> solely dependant on you. You define your own destiny. You can choose to be> happy amidst turmoil, or just around someone who really knows how to push> your buttons, because your stregth comes from some where else. During these> crazy times, peace can be found in your homes and in your hearts IF you> build your foundation on Christ, We have been given EVERY tool imaginable to> experience joy in this life. We have a loving heavenly father and brother> there with us every step of the way. If yuo are not happy, i beg you to> think about the things you may not be doing or you may be doing and CHANGE> it! Don't wait till tomorrow. Become that person today!! Why waste the> days being upset and wishing for something more. You have God on your> side!!!> I am in aww by the amount of love and care that goes into this work. I have> been able to see the miracles of God in every place I turn. I never imagined> how much goes into the less active. I think its among those, that my heart> truly breaks. I see these people who was tasted of the joy of repentace and> of the gospel and now their lives are insane and they do everything to find> peace, except for turning to the peacemaker.> I know the lord truly prepares the hearts of people. What I have noticed,> the people who are truly prepared have just gone through something> devastating and then as guided by the spirit we show up. They are in a> place, a point of their lives, humble enough to be open to this message of> glad tiding of great joy! I would never wish anything bad on anyone, but if> it changes their lives for the better, if it brings them closer to their> maker, then I hope that it would happen to everyone.> SO enough preaching on to the stories... just know that I am happy and I am> doing the greatest work in the world, and you can too, just because I am a> full time missionary, doesn't by any means diminish your missionary> opportunites or mean that you can't share your testimony and lift others to> new heights!!!> Well so this work is fun and funny and exhausting and exhilirating. Its> just everything. Things I've learned... 1. There is serious planning that> goes into this work... I thought I was pretty good at it before cause I> would make my little lists of things that I thought would be nice to do> at some point. No way, we plan and plan for hours and plan to plan and then> plan some more. It really helps you to be more effective and efficient with> your time and being on the Lord's time we can't be wasting a second.> Sometimes even eating feels like a waste of time. 2. I am learning how to> become a social life planner, and match maker. Its constantly a ..> so who do you think will get along with this person, oh he was in the army> too so they can talk about this or she pregnant too so they can talk about> that... and then we try our best to get them involved with the people in the> ward in things outside the church. For example, we took Jessica our> investigator who is getting baptized on the 30th with her husband Shawn, who> has two beautful girls 3 and 4 and is prego with twins. (yeah talk about a> burden), so we took her and the girls to a park play date that like ten> other women in the ward go to every friday. Can I say that I am SO GLAD to> be a missionary and not a momma right now. (no offense to anyone who is a> momma, actually mad props to those that are) It is seriously intense and> crazy and you have to know and do so many things. Like bring snacks and toys> and make sure they aren't jumping of the playground to their death plus with> new borns etc... I don't know how they do it! I'm boggled.. anyways I am> learning many life lessons that I never thought I'd learn and I know thats> going to continue throughout my mission.> Oh... and so I experienced riding bikes for a day, cause we are spoiled and> get to do to save miles. but pretty much when we want to. But, just picture> this. I am offcially a dorky missionary.. its a humbling experience just> putting on the cute helmet we get to rock. But, then I of course wear> the wrong skirt. SO I am just riding down the street with my and my cute> helmet with my crazy hair just frizzing out all over the place, and I am> turning bright red because riding a bike to get places and just cruising on> my beach cruiser, totally different experiences, so yes its a nice 75 degree> day partly cloudy and I am sweating in places I didn't know I could, and to> top it off my bag was falling all over and my skirt that normally goes down> to the flattering mid-calf just hikes up with every movement and I look down> and not only are my knees are showing (which I forgot exsisted) but yes my> Gs are showing. and so I am frantically trying to keep my skirt down, and> ride up hills that I thought I'd never be able to make it up pretty> much about to pass out. Thankfully my trainer who is just a doll and so> much fun and riding oh so gracefully, is in front of me so she doesn't see> the show I am giving all of San Antonio, and then when we stop to talk> to someone on the street I look like a mad person. NOt to mention> lessons! Sweaty crazy curly helmet hair in this humidity not so cute! and> its not even hot yet... its perfectly pleasant!!! So mom although I do get> nice and ready in the morning, the moment I get on that bike its all over.> But So much fun, I just laugh at myself the whole time, for how ridiculous> my struggles are!> Oh and this story is not for the faint of heart or even children. But, so we> went up to talk to this guy, he was latin, it was in spanish, in his> driveway with tons of children palying in the light of day across the street> and as we walk up to him I see that his pants and super low... like really> low.. okay. So we start talking to him and he's asking all these questions> about church and where it is etc.. and suddenly I realize something is> showin that SHOULD NOT BE SHOWIN and I don't know what to do cause he was> keeps asking all these questions and my companion is just talking to him> both completely oblivious that his manhood is just comepletely out for> everyone to see and I start laughing uncontrollably becuase I can't believe> that this was really happening. and my companion got the picture and he is> just jabbering on like he wasn't exposed or something!!!! And I keep saying> that this haloween skull thing across the street was scared me cause I am> just laughing away. We probably talked to him for like 15 minutes, no joke> and he SHOOK our hands goodbye and we ran away as fast as we possibly> could! YEah, welcome to the mission!> Well I love you all I know I belong here I am happy and slightly healthy> and on the Lords errand!! Have a fabulous week and if you made it through> all of this congrats it was quite a feat.> Love Hermana/Sister Rooney

Hey Ya'll!
HEY Everyone! I> hope that your easter weekend/conference weekend was wonderful and just> full of happinees and family!> So here I am emailing you all the way from Round Rock Texas, yes I am in a> suburb of Ausitn just north of the city... But, I'll back up. So first I> made it over to the bus and everything on time. I know a serious miracle!> Then I talked to some of you, sorry Cami the airport phone doesn't call> Kenya. then I boarded the plane with 13 other elders. I sat next to this> really great guy and his 3 week old baby and his wife and two cute girls sat> behind us.... the whole time was just a pump up for the mission, he told me> his mission stories and lessons he'd learned and stuff.. Then, President> and sister Cutler met us at the airport! I LOVE THEM!! President is so> chill and cool and Sister Cutler is just beautiful and my kind of women.> President is a "teach them a principle and let them govern themselves" kinda> leader, which I believe is the best way, because he wants us to learn how to> work and be righeous far beyond our missions. And he said we should be> excited for the hard times becuase it builds character. I couldn't agree> more. Their first question was about the Orr's and Nate cause Richard had> called and talked to him about me back at Christmas, it was funny. but,> seriously I couldn't have asked for a more amazing mission president, I> immediately felt 100% comfortable with them!!> We went to the mission home and it also feels like home. Just such a good> vibe. They have 5 of their 7 children at home still. We were told a lot of> things that I don't quite remember and then the APs(assistants to the President)took us to the Alamo.> Its kinda the initiation to the mission. They take you to the ALamo tell you> the history (by the way it was a beautful sunny day!!) and how at the end> the General or Colonel asked the men who were willing to stay and fight till> the end to cross the line. So of course we were asked a similiar thing> about whether we were willing to stand and fight for truth and righteousness> in the TSAM Texas San Antonio Mission(yes, craig may laugh but I am a TSAMer> now!) then I was with two elders, Seans boy Elder Mangum being one of them,> we were given 2 BOMs each and we were off for the next hour. It was really> exhilirating to talk to anyone and everyone about the gospel together I> think we gave away 5 BOMs in an hour. 2 really seemed very interested and> very receptive to the gospel. One, I realized later was kinda a crazy> homeless man, but the conversation was good and he is still a child of God> who needs the gospel. Then we went back to the mission home. I helped Sis> Cutler and some of the Couple sisters serve dinner. Sister Cutler and I> talked for probably more than an hour, just about life and how wonderful it> is and how blessed we have felt throughout our lives. I really love her.> Oh and I found out right off the plane that my first area would be in the> Brushy Creek ward in Austin which is a great strong ward, and in English> with Sister Derenthal from Cincinati Ohio as my trainer. So for a split> second I was a little bit bummed that I would be in English Areas during my> mission because it kinda shot down my whole working with Latins and speaking> spanish and getting really good at it pride. The Lord knew I needed> humbling, I was a little bummed for about 30 seconds and then resolved to> make the most of every minute in what ever area in whatever language or wtih> what ever people that the Lord would have me serve. because ALL people need> this gospel and who am I to be a respector of persons as a representative of> Jesus Christ?> So here I am in Austin and don't worry on my way from San Antonio after> transfer meeting which are hilarious becasue when the APs do call outs> (which are new companionship, yeah there is so much crazy mission lingo, but> im learning quick) the new companionship embraces, they were some of the> most violent hugs I had every seen. Anyways on the way up to Austin I think> I saw 500 texas flags, at least! So crazy huh? No wonder all Texans take> their flags with them everywhere they are used to seeing everywhere.> I met sister Derenthal and she is SO WONDERFUL, Chill, obedient, just> really great. We've hit it off. Thats two for two in the great companions> department. And we immediately made a connection, she was roommates/ good> friends with Emily Dalby Mangum... I'm sure Emily told me to watch out for> her I had just forgotten but its way cool. EMily is the girl I took like> evry class with and she was in UNICEF and we did internship with the Health> Department and pretty much did everything together. We have set some really> great goals. One of my top priorities is to become a Texan. I know I know> who would have ever thought it??? Not me. I some how thought I would be> able to bypass the Texas pride thing by working with Latins and although> they call it the Republic of Texas and could cecede from the United STates at> any moment I am going to embrace it all. I am going to humble myself and> embrace the pride. I am going to love their pride and the people in every> way. They make it easy on me becuase they are all so nice and so fun. The> ward memebers I've met are really so fun. so open and so loving. We also> more importantly have set a baptismal goal of 5 this month which I guess is> kinda alot, but then my second day we set Shawn and Jessica a beautful> couple who have two girls 3 and 5 with a baptismal date of the 24th. It> wasn't easy. She was super funny cause they said they were for sure going to> get baptized at come point but they were think like October and we were like> so what do you need to be ready for baptism. And she said well first I need> 7 skirts. and I was like girl (or sister) I'll give all my skirts (don't> worry mom I'm only giving one) and then she said a timeline of the BOM,> which we got yesterday, then I was like so Jessica that will take all about> 2 days to get done. and then she said May cause it was her lucky month. But> now they are bothreally excited for the 24th. Pray for them.> Missionary work is so great, I just talk to people all the time, make> friends and most importantly invite others to come unto Chirst. I haven't> gotten into the swing of things just yet, not knowing the area or the> missionaries or the ward is a little uncomfortalbe if thats the right word,> but I have no fear, my whole soul is in this work and I know in whom I have> trusted.> I am in a car and riding bikes.
